Finally did something I've been waiting...

to do since I first visited Switzerland this Saturday. In 1989 I visited my mother who was working in Wilderswil, just outside Interlaken. What was so special was that from the small apartment my mother was renting there was a massive window in the living room which was like the most fantastic natural alpine picture. There through this window was a perfect view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. I promissed myself to visit the top one day and try and look back down to that window. This Saturday I fulfilled my own promise!
With the company of my two little mates it was a long day but a lovely one.

Wonderful, Chris! AND, that you took the wee ones, what a day indeed! Good on ya buddy. Even with the magical foggy skies, it is still so beautiful up there... We were up high yesterday looking at the very same mountains, Eiger, Monch & Jüngfrau... So Lovely.
