So the school summer holidays have finished and kids have gone back to school, mothers everywhere can breath again.
wishing all the kids out there "Starting" school and kindergarten all the best, they really are the best years !

So the right knee has had a nother piece of Meniscus cut out, let's hope it all moves smoothly from now on.

Once again the RCL Old Farts got together for a short road trip, to a Beach Rugby tournament held in Spiez. A great train trip a great day was had by all with two wins from two games. Unfortunately we could not participate in the third game to be held on the Sunday as Saturday evening we were to celebrate Guido's 50th!! But a wonderful place, a well organised tournament (thank you RC Bern & RC Thun) and a Great day out with Mates.
